RECONSTITUTED VENEER

We manufacture CWP's thinner reconstituted veneers, which have a thickness between 0,6 and 1,0 mm, by cutting the surfaces from massive laminated birch veneer blanks. The colours of the blank can be change by varying the colours of the individual veneer layers.

Thinner veneer has lots of uses. It is well suited to furniture, inner walls and ceilings. You can also use it to bring colour to your selection of interior doors or kitchen doors. It can also be used as shaped wood. For more information, see the Technical information brochure for 0,6 – 1,0 mm.

We manufacture CWP's thicker reconstituted veneers, which have a thickness between 1,7 and 40 mm, by sawing and gluing the surfaces from massive laminated birch veneer blanks. The colours of these can also be changed by varying the colours of the individual veneer layers. As a result, a genuine wood surface with a hardness corresponding to that of woods used in parquet floors is created. The thicker veneers are used in the parquet industry. They are also suitable for products subjected to heavy wear, such as table surfaces.

A total of 16 different reconstituted veneer surfaces are available in thicknesses of 0,6 – 1,7 mm.

COLOUR VENEER AND COLOURING SERVICES

Dyed veneers form the laminate blank. The dyed veneer can be used as such in several applications as surface or structural veneer or as an effect colour in bent parts or interior design panels and mouldings, for example.

We can also dye the veneers according to your specifications. Dyeing by order results in the same technical and aesthetic properties as CWP's own veneer. Send your veneer to us for through-dyeing or order the veneer grade of your choice in the colour you wish. The veneer to be dyed can be 0.6 mm surface veneer or 1.5 mm structural veneer, for example. We have dyed most woods. If you have a special wood to request, ask us how the wood type in question reacts with dyes.

Colouring service: ask for an order of batch size and delivery time of through-dyed wood

LAMINATED BLANKS

When individual dyed veneers are glued on top of each other and pressed together, laminated blank is created. Several standard colours are available, but we usually produce the blank according to the veneer size, thickness and colour most suited to your purpose. We often also saw the blanks to the blank size required in the end product. The basic blank size is 850 mm x 270 mm x 60 mm.

MASSIVE WOOD BLANKS

We can through-dye wood up to a thickness of 45 mm. Massive wood blanks are used by the furniture and parquet industries, among others. These products are especially interesting to the parquet industry as they are quite wear-resistant and can be re-sanded.
